• Am I covered by Medicare or Medicaid? What is the difference?

  This is a very common question. Click here to find out the difference and the eligibility requirements. Our admissions team will also answer any questions you might have and can provide council through a step by step guided process in filing for Medicaid.

• Can I share a meal with my loved one?

  It is encouraged for the family to spend as much quality time as possible with their loved one. We provide guest meal tickets at the front office for a small fee.

• Is smoking allowed?

  Yes, we allow smoking, although it is not allowed in the facility. We have designated smoking times and areas.

• Do you have visiting hours?

  The facility is your loved ones new home. To be respectful of all those who live here we suggest visiting between 8am-9pm. However, you are always welcome.

• Can I keep my main physician?

  Yes, your primary physician can follow you and remain your main doctor in our facility. However, we also have medical directors that can provide your care as well.

• Do you provide transportation to and from doctor appointments?

  Yes, we provide transportation to and from doctor appointments. We are also able to accept and provide care for dialysis patients.
